Trade-In

You confirm the device belongs to you and is free of any loan, lock or claim.

Our offer is based on what you told us. On inspection at handover, if the device matches your description the offer is paid in full — if it does not, we will quote a revised price before anything changes hands, and you can simply decline it.

Payment happens at handover: cash or UPI at doorstep pickup, or immediately after verification if you shipped the device to us.

Remove your accounts and personal data before handover (Settings → Reset). We also wipe every device we buy as standard practice.

If you ship the device, write your sell-request reference on the package. Shipping damage in transit is your responsibility — pack well; doorstep pickup carries no such risk.
