Frequently asked

How do I know a part will fit my phone?
Every listing names the handsets that part fits. Check your exact model number — Settings → About phone → Model number on Android, or Settings → General → About on iPhone — against that list. Variants of the same phone often use different parts.
Are these genuine parts?
We stock genuine and OEM-equivalent replacement components. Where a part is a compatible aftermarket item rather than an original, the listing says so.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes a further 3–7 business days depending on your PIN code. You get a tracking number as soon as the courier collects the parcel.
Can I return a part?
Report a damaged, dead-on-arrival or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it. Parts that have been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned — this is standard for electronic components.
Do you sell to repair shops?
Yes. Most of our volume goes to repair businesses. Call either number on the contact page to discuss regular or bulk supply.
The exact variant I need is not listed. What now?
Call us rather than ordering the closest match. Both numbers are on the contact page and someone will check physical stock against your model code.
